Floral Street was shortlisted in the AJ Retrofit Awards

Hotel, Retail + Leisure Category

Floral Street has been shortlisted for the Hotel, Leisure and Retail category in the AJ Retrofit Awards. This project, designed by Brimelow McSweeney Architects was a vast retail scheme in Covent Garden. The 22,000 sq.ft building comprised 4,000 sq.ft worth of office space on the upper floor levels.

This project was part of a wider scheme to transform Floral Street into a bustling main shopping thoroughfare. The project involved the conversion of an old spa into two large retail units, this space included a new shopfront and the restoration of a listed building.
