This Manchester-based project included a full redesign and refurbishment of the ground floor, converting the space into an independent café and lounge with co-working spaces, communal leisure spaces and private meeting rooms. The project utilises a steel facade system with structural glazing, stainless steel and oak veneer to create a unique faceted design. 

Electrochromic glass was used to reduce solar gain and solar glare in this impressive modern office building. Overlooking the River Wear, the Tombola HQ office has a highly glazed design and the electrochromic glass prevents solar glare and controls the solar gain without fully obstructing the light or views that additional blind systems would.
