The first IQ Project shortlisted for the 2023 RIBA London Awards is the Lea Bridge Library, A project that saw a large timber extension to the grade II listed library in east London. This timber extension consisted of several IQ’s bespoke glazing solutions, including a large façade of architectural glazing with integrated curved glass and Keller minimal windows within the frameless glass elevation. What really makes this project noteworthy, is the effective combination of timber and bespoke glazing. Subsequently creating a minimal environment that champions sustainability and successfully compliments the surrounding natural environment, actualizing a distinguished space for the local community.
