The first floor is framed by long runs of structural glazing on the Invisio fixing system. Triple-glazed panes are silicone jointed to minimise vertical lines, creating a continuous, frameless band of glass of roughly 38m that gives pitch-wide views from the events floor. The primary run sets the tone for the elevation and keeps the horizon line clean across the entire room.
At ground level, slim framed sliding glass doors provide wide, low-effort openings for busy match days and day-to-day use. The principal two-track opening is over six metres wide, with a compact secondary slider serving a secondary opening. The sliding sets of stadium glazing are double glazed to keep moving-leaf weight practical for public operation, while the structural glass and casement elements are triple glazed to maintain stable internal temperatures and support comfortable museum conditions.
Primary entrances and circulation routes use thermally broken aluminium door assemblies arranged to suit building circulation during events and daily operation. At the main entrance, a double-leaf door with paired sidelights and a fixed toplight widens the lobby and improves flow. Elsewhere, single-leaf sets with fixed toplights serve secondary thresholds.
Across the scheme, aluminium windows include fixed and inward-opening tilt-and-turn units with integrated trickle vents and cills. In a few locations an insulated solid panel below the sash is used to suit interior requirements, while keeping the exterior sightline level.
