Lea Bridge Scoops Dezeen Civic Project 2023 Award

lea bridge library timber and curved glazing with wide apertureesLea Bridge Library scooped yet another architectural award, this time coming from Dezeen which first shortlisted Lea Bridge for the 2023 civic project of the year. Lea Bridge Library won this prestigious accolade and has been widely recognised as one of IQ’s most accomplished projects.

The Judges said “A socially inclusive design, the new building creates a series of rooms that are sensitive, warm and inviting. Despite a modest budget, the building sustainably creates meaningful and important facilities, which are a gift to the community of this place.”
