The BoTree Hotel is a part of a prestigious chain of luxury hotels which feature rooms available starting at over £600 per night.

The hotel is the ideal relaxation space for its wealthy customers, with direct access to the most high-end retail streets and shopping spaces in the centre of London. The BoTree features a variety of architectural features which personify the luxurious personality of the building. A golden lattice sprawls upwards past the entry doors and towards the presidential suite to set the tone before check-in.

The check-in process has also been modernised, with Apple iPads being used to check in guests and streamline the usually lengthy process. Along with the technological advancements featured in The BoTree Hotel, its carbon footprint has also been reduced due to its huge focus on providing eco-friendly amenities and vegan friendly bedding etc.

To complete the luxury, modern hotel, IQ Projects were specified to supply and install our bespoke Sieger Lux Bi-Folding internal doors at just over 3.5m tall. The Bi-Folding doors allow the hotel staff to create an open-plan space when needed for things such as entertainment events. When closed, the hotel will provide a more intimate and exclusive feel, which is usually preferred for the target client types.

The Sieger system was specified to be powder coated in a specialist RAL colour, RAL1035. This colour is commonly referred to as “Pearl Beige” which is a very light golden tone with hints of light brown. This colour blends with the original colour palette of The BoTree Hotel which follows a golden scheme with complimenting bright, vibrant blues, pinks and whites.
