were involved in the original development of units one and two at the Hyde Park Hayes commercial development.
The Hyde Park development in Hayes is a 10-acre, mixed-use campus that comprises of three offices. IQ was involved with the construction of two of these commercial office buildings; HPH1 and HPH2.
HPH 1, sometimes known as The White House, has a large, structural glass front where IQ designed and installed a structural glass canopy to cover the large commercial entrance way. Internally a central void is enclosed with frameless structural glass walls and frameless balustrades to allow light from the large glass roof to filter through all the office floors.
Coloured, back painted glass in light blue was also used as wall cladding around all internal lift vestibules for a sleek, bright interior design.
The Courtyard, or HPH 2, is a U shaped building with a garden space within the entrance way. Minimally framed aluminium entrance doors allow access from the offices onto the landscaped courtyards on multiple floors.
Frameless structural glass walls create a panoramic view out onto the external garden courtyards with frameless structural glass balustrades being used on the upper floor courtyards.
International and prestigious brands, such as Rackspace, occupy the commercial development which is conveniently located 13 miles west of central London and only three miles from Heathrow airport.
