New Build Development in Tamworth Features IQ Glazing Systems

Four new build homes have been built in the stunning rural setting, with large elevations of fixed and opening glazing.

IQ Projects were involved in a brand new build development project, combining a traditional architectural style of brickwork with contemporary, oversized glazing. Four luxury homes sit within the development, each one varying slightly from the next to add character and a unique edge.

Large elevations of slim framed aluminium glazing in the form of frameless glass windows can be seen on the front elevations, forming a fixed glass screen above the wooden front doors. This large fixed window creates free flowing paths of natural light in the double height entrance design that stream into the home to create light and airy living spaces.

Below the fixed window is the front door, with another large piece of fixed glass forming the sidelight and again allowing tons of natural light into the internal living spaces.

The slim framed fixed glazing systems have been specified to add a contemporary touch, creating a coherent exterior design in conjunction with the other slim framed window systems that have been used across all elevations of the new builds.
