Projects are led by an extremely experienced management team with an average of 31 years of glazing design, procurement and installation knowledge. Our contract management team oversee the full contract process from design to manufacture to installation. We work on some of the most complex architectural glazing packages all over the UK, as well as overseas.

The resulting project management structures we use result in trouble free project delivery from start to finish.

nce you have placed your order with IQ Projects you will be appointed a single dedicated contracts manager to see the project through to completion. This will be your one point of contact to minimise your work load and eliminate miscommunication.

All of our contracts management team, including all support staff, are based at our UK headquarters with the Sky House Design Centre. The Sky House complex is based just outside of London with easy access to all major travel routes, including direct train links to London.

e welcome our clients to visit us at Sky House. Here you will have access to every technical resource IQ has to offer. You are then able meet with our project management team made up of your contracts manager, our installations director and our design technicians to discuss your project in depth and finalise any logistical or design decisions that need to be made.
