IQ Projects, the commercial division of IQ Glass, is based at the IQ Glass architectural glazing showroom within the Sky House Design Centre in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. The entire expert glazing team – from technical sales to designers and contracts management – works from this space, so you can sit down with the people who will design and deliver your glazing package.

The IQ Glass architectural glazing showroom at Sky House is the largest architectural and structural glazing showroom in the UK and is widely regarded as one of the UK’s largest double glazing showrooms for specialist commercial and residential glazing. Whether you are looking to see bespoke glass facades, artisan steel and bronze window systems or aluminium door systems you can view them all at our glazing showroom to real scale.

The showroom has recently undergone a major renovation and extension and now features a wide range of new non-residential glazing solutions.

Technical Consultations

As well as being an ideal place to see and experience the latest architectural glazing solutions in person, the IQ Glass showroom at the Sky House Design Centre is home to the entire IQ Projects team. We welcome architects, contractors and designers to visit the design centre and meet with our experts to discuss live project requirements.

Our team can offer technical guidance, propose product solutions, provide indicative cost advice and sketch typical design details for you, before you review the corresponding systems in the showroom.

Seeing the systems up close and being able to operate them in a real-life setting shows just how specialist these solutions are. Visiting the showroom also gives you one-to-one time with a technical sales advisor to explore all options for your project in detail.

There is a wide range of commercial glazing systems on display at the IQ Glass architectural glazing showroom, including a thermally broken, double-height structural glass façade, automated rooflight systems and an installation with a 6.5 m tall automated vertical sash window and sliding pane.

One of the most distinctive elements of the showroom is the floating glass meeting room. This structural glass box was constructed entirely from structural glazing and sits suspended off a mezzanine floor level. The bespoke glass meeting room can comfortably hold up to eight people, along with a meeting table and chairs.

IQ’s innovative glazing solutions can be used for a wide range of commercial applications, from offices to churches, schools, museums, hotels and more.
